Que; Why can’t I add / remove items from my shopping cart?

Ans; Sometimes, when you can’t add or remove items from your cart, it could be that there are some problems with your Internet connection. In case that happens, clear your cart or refresh the page. Once the page has refreshed, you can add or remove your purchases again.

Que; Can I ship my order to an international address?

Ans: At autopartsnigeria.com we only  deliver to locations within the 36 States of Nigeria. We do not offer shipments to international addresses (including Togo, Ghana, and Cameroun) but if you contact our hotline, we could reach an agreement concerning the delivery of your goods.
However, delivery to some states might attract more time for delivery, but this is strictly dependent on the location of delivery.

Que; Where do I sign up, get Help, and Join the Club?

Ans: Signing up is quite easy, simply go to our website click on log on and provide the necessary details. You can also sign up with twitter and Facebook.

– Joining Autoclub is quite easy, just click on JOIN AUTOCLUB and register as a member, put in your details and submit. You can always go back anytime to edit and update your details.

Que; How does Pick Up in Store work?

Ans: Once you add the item to your cart, choose Pick Up in the store. We will send you a fully descriptive detail of the items pickup via text message, phone call or email. However, should you require more detail than you received, you could put a call across to us, or a mail, our customer service team is always at the ready to help

Que; Why can’t I log in to my account, I forgot my Log in details and, How do I retrieve it?

Ans; Login user names and passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure to log in the exact combination of upper and lower case characters you used in registering. In order to retrieve a lost username and/or password, please provide us with any information you have (i.e. order number, full name, etc.) which we can use to pull up your log in details.
You can log on to our Live Help and discuss your account with one of our representatives, or go to My Account and click the “Forgot your password” link. After which, you are expected to provide the email address you are using with autopartsnigeria.com, and your log in details will promptly be emailed to you. Ans; We are happy to let you know that we are the first of our kind in Nigeria and as such we strive to make genuine automobile parts available to our customers at the best possible price everywhere in the country. As such, we set the pace in terms of price. We also distribute spare parts to retailers in the field.

Que: How do I know my transaction is secure?

Ans: Firstly we do not accept international payment cards and to protect you from cyber-crimes like identity theft and credit card fraud, our site is regularly checked and tested to pass the HACKER-SAFE Security Scan. A “live” HACKER SAFE mark only appears when a web site has passed HACKER SAFE standards.
However, with this in place, if you do not want to make payments through the payment portal you can do a direct transfer into our account, you just have to follow through with the payment and make sure the payment is confirmed and your purchased goods will be delivered as scheduled.
